Teen Therapy Conference – Terms of Service

By registering for the Teen Therapy Conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Registration Rates

  1. Fast Action Rate: $799

  2. Early Bird Rate: $999

  3. Full Price: $1297

 

Your registration is confirmed once full payment is received. Pricing is based on the date of purchase and cannot be adjusted after payment.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration and receive a 100% refund within 3 days of your payment.

No refunds will be issued after the 3-day window for any reason, including illness, travel disruption, or personal scheduling conflicts.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If the event is canceled entirely by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

 

Ticket Transfers

Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing. If you wish to transfer your registration to another attendee, email [email protected] at least 14 days prior to the event.

 

Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Disruptive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior will result in immediate removal from the event with no refund.

 

Grievances and Complaints

Complaints and concerns will be reviewed within 5 business days.

Formal grievances must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will receive a written response within 10 business days.

 

Accessibility

The event venue is ADA compliant.

Media Consent

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. These materials may be used for future marketing or educational purposes.

 

Liability Waiver

By registering, you agree to release and hold harmless Katie May, Visionary Therapist, and the event venue from any claims or liabilities related to your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or travel delays.
